Age Concern Bracknell Forest is an esteemed independent local charity with a legacy spanning five decades. Beyond our commitment to enhancing the lives of the elderly, we stand resolute in our aspiration to foster unity and coherence throughout our entire local community.

One of our offers is a supportive day centre, thoughtfully designed to cater to those with dementia. We aim to create a haven where safety and comfort envelop our treasured members.

Within the vibrant walls of our day centre, a tapestry of engaging activities unfurls. From spirited games and creative crafts to thought-provoking quizzes, lively bingo, and even invigorating chair fitness meaning every day resonates with shared laughter and connection.

Our new vision extends beyond simply age. We are already delivering intergenerational community groups, clubs and outings/events that are a beacon of inclusivity. These new groups stand as a testament to our commitment to combating isolation at every level.
