What is happening?
Age Concern Bracknell Forest (ACBF) is complying with the UK government announcements regarding self isolation and protecting the elderly community and those with pre-existing health issues, given the global pandemic of COVID-19. As a result ACBF is suspending all its current facilities / activities that are designed to support the elderly. This decision was not taken lightly but to best support and protect those most at risk we have to comply.
We appreciate this is upsetting to many and we will do our very best to resume normal business as soon as the government announces it safe enough to do so. This is having a large impact on the charity and any support you can spare during this time is protecting our future.
Our thoughts are with everybody. Please find helpful information / news below, our phones numbers are also listed. We will continue to update here and across our social media platforms.
